You should give the ettin an attack that hits itself... :D

I also thought it would be funny to have one male head and one female head. :D

Ha ha... The mysterious hermaphrodite (or bi?) ettin... Mobbed by curious PCs...

I wonder if the body would be 'different'?

In the bizarro demiplane, all ettins are half-male, half-female. :D

So... do they lay eggs, or what? :D

I've always imagined that ettins can't reproduce, but are the mule-like offspring of hill giants. :)

Of course, in the bizarro realm, they reproduce asexually. After reaching a certain age, they split down the middle, thus appearing as those one-armed, one-legged creatures, until they grow another half. The race off bizarro ettins, started as regular ettins that somehow got trapped in the bizarro demiplane and were magically altered by some twisted visiting wizard years and years ago. :D

Simply viewing the act of splitting requires a save vs. petrification -4 or vomit uncontrollably :)

I was thinking about the splitting a little more, and there must be times with an adult half, and a, uh, baby half...maybe the adult half just pops out one day...otherwise there would be ettins that are half senior citizen, half infant.

I thought, "wouldn't it be cool to go in the empire state building?" at one point, but it turns out it's really only cool to look out from the top. Lol. It is one setting where it doesn't matter if magic works or not. :)

I've been trying different types of modern day American city maps as well. I've been experimenting with google-earth satellite images, especially the major cities which you can view in 3D with that special plugin. You can get some real nice shots of Manhatten, Jersey, DC and a few others. They haven't gotten around to making the models for a lot of them though. But the ones that have them are so cool cause you can pretty much navigate down to street level and sort of walk through the city getting a sidewalk view of things and then zoom back out and get different angles of the city as seen from above.

I thought of using a video capture prog to record while I play with the zoom and pan and perspectives to make cutscenes that imitate the way cameramen shooting full motion pictures do for the opening scenes of movies. If I come up with a cool one I'll share it with the DC community. I'm planning to share a lot of stuff eventually but I don't want to lock myself into any deadlines that I am not sure I can deliver on. So I usually keep quiet about what I am doing. ;)

The two heads only get along when a fight is iminent. Their hostility all goes back to a time long ago when they drank a little too much grog and somebody's tongue ened up in somebody's ear. :D:D:D
