Don't give all the credits to Firefox just yet. I'm still using IE and i haven't had any downtimes today either, with the exception of our server's entire network crashing for half an hour or so earlier this afternoon. :D

Ditto, not gone down for me either yet, although I've definitely noticed things slowing down the last hour or so.

Well at home this morning I was on for about 1 minute before WPOD, then when I got to work, I read one reply and hit the Back button and WPOD, so for me it looked like it was on a roll LOL. No doubt in time I'll know for sure if Firefox is helping or not. Either way it didn't take long to load Firefox and I still have IE, so I can just click on one or the other now when I want to get on the net. [img]smile.gif[/img]

I have the slowdown thing too I think. Even with full cache etc. it takes a long time to load everything.

:( Think I got some sort of hay fever. My eye is dry and hurts a bit and I've been sneezing a lot. Had English exam today went okay, between 8 and 9.5/10. It was really hot though and tomorrow it'll be 30 C and my physics exam is then. Hope I don't sit close to a window but I think they still planned me in another classroom so it's okay and I can pick my own place to sit.

And saturday it's supposed to be just as hot as tomorrow or even more and then I have to run around in my goaly suit :(

Oh dear, lost contact for an hour, rejoined, lasted 2 minutes.

Well I just installed Firefox, one bummer, it's transferred all my "favourite" sites, and there are hundreds in a list (I'm badly organised) but it has arranged them alphabetically and not in the order I had them, basically by date. I usually remember a site by content rather than name and generally know where they are on "the list". I had a long scroll for IW lol.

Anyways, I've currently got one IE browser and one FF browser running. I'll work with IE and when it crashes I'll see if FF has survived.

Bad news on the hay fever Phil. Sucks if you can't enjoy the summer. Good luck with the exams.

Thanks Ross! I printed that link to take home, I have cable there (the link suggests speeding up Firefox if you have broadband, so I reckon it may not do much here at work on my dial-up). Will that fix my KungFuGal on crack too LOL? I figure if it doesn't I can go into ImageReady and change the frame speed there.

Nah been down around 2 1/2 hours. IE and FireFox went down together. Just this second came back up. I'm just trying IW with FF now but I don't hold up much hope. 3 times today it's gone down.

Hmm, I see there's only 2 or 3 people on the site....maybe it went down for everyone.

Ok, the site has been down for me for the past 3 and a bit hours I think. Bummer.
