Help yourself, LordK! What a day, so far I've had about 2 five minute breaks and it's going to be busier this afternoon.

ARGH! I am pissed off. My 40gb Creative Nomad Zen Mp3 player (which cost me £200) is all smashed up. It was in my bag today just sitting on a bench along with a load of others, when someone (I actually know who) picked my bag up (for no apparent reason, he also did this to a few other bags too) and chucked it, it hit another metal bench right where my mp3 player landed. I actually watched the whole thing, and went, ouch there goes my mp3 player, just for a joke. I then get home and wanted to listen to music, so I took it out only to find the screen is totally wrecked. The player itself still actually works (as in it plays tracks,) but there is no screen which makes track selection basically impossible. I just checked the home insurance, and you have to pay the first £50 towards the repair. I am about to check the warranty. I told the guy, he just laughed (I didn't actually speak to him in person though) and Im pretty sure he wont pay. So what the hell do I do?

yeah, she is afraid of them, of course last nights storms would make anyone afraid, the lightning was hitting very close by! it even knoced some branches out of the tree, luckly they were small ones, but it was kinda scary even for me and my husband.

Why won't he pay ? If you scare him enough i'm sure he'll be willing to negotiate. Don't you have a big brother or something ? :D

Cloudbringer 08-20-2004 02:22 PM
