If we are to have hopes, why not hope for a peaceful solution?
If there is a war, conventional one, still alot of people will come to harm regardless. Kashmir isn´t exactly without civilians that has been caught in the cross fire.

Well , we obviously arent selling them the right ones because nobodys dead yet. The world needs a good war to control the riseing tide of global overpopulation. Maybe these 3rd world nations haveing nuclear weapons will be a wake up call to NATO and the U.S. and anyone else who feels the need to be a global "cop" to mind thier own backyard before they upset the wrong countrie. What if Pakistan gets mad at the U.S. about supporting India and instead of attacking India they decide to nuke the U.S. back into the stone age?? Attacking Indias main allie and supplier of things would be more damageing to India than an attack on the countrie itself. With most of the U.S. military bases being clustered on the east and west coast , our military is sitting ducks for a Nuclear balistic missile attack.

This post is so bizarre I wondered if you were joking.

'We need a good war'. As against a bad war?

'Attacking Indias main allie and supplier of things..' The US is the main supplier of 'things' to India. And India exports 22% of their 'things' to the US.

'What if Pakistan gets mad at the U.S. about supporting India and instead of attacking India they decide to nuke the U.S. back into the stone age??' Not much chance of this happening is there? They don't have the capability to reach the US, if they were ever to acquire it and attacked the US they would lose all of that aid they receive .

Why do you think Pakistan allows US and other foreign forces to operate in their country, it isn't because they like us, it isn't because they think we are in the right, it's because of the aid that we give them and the support they get in international affairs.

As I've said we need to exert the maximum political and economic pressure on these two countries to get them to take a step back.
