Speaks a few words of broken French to the chef, then turns to Aelia, saying, “If you have an umbrella, now would be a good time to get it ready.” Grasps his axes and begins to intone a very ancient storm song.</font>

The entire crowd is quite quickly engulfed in wind and rain as a mini hurricane whirls the errant Tuna into the middle of the arena where it splatters on everyone down there and each piece rehydrates and begins to sing seaman's songs in tiny little fishy voices. :D

Cloudy grins and raises the price of colorful banners, waving at Cyril. ;)
