Ah yes, it's only the new Macbook Pro's (I think) that have the problems.

Terminal overheating due to misapplication of thermal paste, extremely noisy fans etc.

It's not the paste, it's the cramming of too many components in a space too small.

Nope, it's the paste.

Removing it and re-applying fixes the heat issue.
