Hey Lord Lothar. Well I have been very busy the last little while I had a job transfer to a place up north in Alberta. So I had to get a new house built in that area. So I was busy with getting the new house in order. And moving with a baby is a so fun event. And work has kept me some what busy. So I am all settled in and hope to be a littel more active.

My Baby girl Sydney keeps me going 24/7 she is walking/running so I am on the weight loss program of trying to keep up to her.
