October 25, 2000. Wow, I'm coming up on my 1st anniversary!

Now I've got to find my first post as Sazerac. I was really a "lurker" back then, didn't post much. I had hesitated getting active on the board because when I first went in, there were a few flame-threads there, the most notable one being one title "F***ing game sucks c**k" (don't bother looking for it, Ziroc finally deleted it waaaaay back then), but it and a few others made me really nervous about posting. Then I lost my original account and re-registered as Sazerac and finally got the nerve to start interacting with a few of the regulars (Wyvern, Scronan, etc.) and found out that everyone at Wizards & Warriors was really nice after all.

Bother. I know the "Sazerac" post is there. I'll repost it when I find it. [img]smile.gif[/img]

Hmm, if Memnoch's calculations are correct in the topic you linked to a post later, you registered on the last day of November, apparently.

Groj, you could be right - I started using the forum early October, anyway.

Saz, did you remember the topic? How did you find your very first response to a post?

Because I remember how frustrated I was about not being able to enter the first "dungeon" in W&W, knew that it was the first thing I had posted about at Ironworks, and sort of "guesstimated" when it was it had occurred, since I picked up Wizards & Warriors in mid-October of 2000, it would have to have been slightly later than that when I made my first post.
