If coffee is considered breakfast - then I'm having it every godd*mn working day

i like breakfast, but i usually try to be in bed til 1030 or 11. having a 1 month old makes taking a nap, even one before my day has started, essential. i eat usually within an hour of getting up but i still don;t eat more than two meals a day, with a snack or two. oh well.

Always - youghurt, toast, and most importantly orange juice - my day gets off at the wrong foot if I don't get at least one glass in the morning. I ever took orange juice with me, when I went on exercises during my army-days

I generally have a bowl of cereal, but I never feel really hungry in the morning. I have to force myself to eat, otehrwise I'll be starving by lunchtime.

I have two cups of tea with two sugars in botha morning, get up at 6:45 in the morning to sneak a half hour on the comp then I get out for 7:50 for the bus to college, I think I should start eating cereal on a morning too cause im always knackered during the day

I'm never hungry in the morning, and food tastes absolutley torrid in the morning too. But when I can, I try to have some breakfast. Nothing fancy, just a BIG cup of Milo, a piece of toast (with VEGEMITE!!!) and a glass of orange juice. (Orange juice is the only thing that tastes nice so early for me.) The results are amazing. Without brekky, I have headaches and feel tired by about lunchtime, and even a big lunch doesn't totally solve this.
I know, it's really hard to wake up. I love sleep! But I try, and it makes a difference. |

I almost always have breakfast. It's usually nothing more than a bowl of cereals or a peanutbutter sandwich though.
