Kerry won the debate because he was a far better speaker and appeared more comfortable and serious. Bush looked uncomfortable, confused and staggered with his words plenty of times. Can you seriously think of a worse speaker than Bush :D ?

I fail to understand how insulting people for wearing red sweaters, on Christmas is relevant.
|
And it seems both candidates are still desperately trying to attract swing voters.

Great choreagraphy though. :D

SNL did a marvelous job of lampooning the debates. It was Great! Bush said "It's hard work" about 25-30 times, and Kerry began every answer with fighting in Vietnam.

the next debate will be this Friday. the article says it will be made up mostly of undecided voters, in a town hall setting, and unlimited topics. this should be interesting. and i still think the wives should debate or better yet, MUD WRESTLE! let's get ready to rumble. :D |
I know someone (sortof) who's going to be in the audience. She's a physicist who's registered in Arkansas. Apparently, if they pick you (at random), and you change your pre-written question: a verb, noun, or order of the wording, you get cut off immediately.
I wonder to what degree the questions are censored. Anyway, look for a cute physicist from Arkansas. |
Just out of curiosity, did anyone happen to catch part (or all) of the Third Party Presidential Debate tonight?
