Leia became a Jedi. So did her daughter I believe (plus the twins of course)

I thought some of the Jedi in the mass battle were female though

Um, you mean her son plus the twins dontcha.

But Leia was never an actual jedi, she was just given some training by luke. IIRC she never even got a sabre.
