the sun cowers away
as the moon pushes onward
with lightless shadows that guide her
and stars that light her

the sun is no more
and the light angels gone
shadow angels arrive
with their heavenly bodies (stars)

as the nightsinger approaches thine house
as it knocks on thy soul
just try to welcome such a thing
for it is a feeling surely unknown

with a delight that tingles the senses

Once I was a great man
All-powerful, all-knowing
I was first, I was best
I brought light, I fought darkness
Then I fell, forever
Playing with shadows instead of with light
I fought evil, yet turned into it

Along the faint and overgrown road
Beneath the trees grown huge
There is tombstone, weathered and slanted
Marking a forgotten grave
The inscription is illegible
The tombstone is almost blank
Overgrown with moss and vines
Beneath the tombstone, the one buried there
Long ago, when the trees were yet young
His bones have long crumbled to dust
Nothing to tie him to the world anymore
Nothing to keep him here
Just the tombstone, enduring, alone
A storm grows up, the ancient trees shake
Wind howls in the trees, the sky grows dark
Then crack, lightning spears down from the clouds
Splitting the tombstone in two
From it rises a white, silver mist
A ghost screeches in joy, finally free
The storm passes, all is as before
Save the shattered and broken tombstone
And the spirit once imprisoned there
Is now gone, forever free

Cold alone again. Hanging in my self pitying ruins. Fell from my mountain of happiness and don’t know why. I have everything to be thankful for.

Yet again alone.

Yet again going insane.

Yet again I think to my self.

Cold alone, pondering my self position. To live like a wonder and think like a psycho. My self shield blocks out anything I wish for.

I created my own prison, and can get out of it. All I have is books and thoughts, rely I do on music.

Again I don’t know why. Again I seem so empty when my life is full. Contemplating, comparing. My life to one of another.

A tree i saw
cut down by moi
is dead and lifeless now.

But once it lived
its love did give
a photosynthesis roar.

That let me breathe
a sigh of relief
at the freshness of our space.

And now you see
how warm i be
because i slew that wood.

On a fire i threw
a cedar shake stew
that turns its old air foul.

Smoky grey haze
a combustible maze
and me choking and coughing all night...
