I'd actually rate the Elven Court Bow as the 3rd best item there, but that's close enough. You're up, Sir Goulum!

(#2 is the Ring of Earth Control. +1 to AC, +1 to Saving Throws, can be combined with magic armor & items of Protection, etc. It also saves your butt when someone gets Petrified. You'll NEVER sell it, even if you're soloing. This isn't true for the Elven Court Bow, because of Heartseeker, Strongarm, Mana Bow, Taralash, etc.)
