Alright I admit defeat on the stoneskin-result one dead thief.

What do I get my mage to do every morning first thing-cast stoneskin!!!!!

What was I thinking.

Despite our little sub thread I'd like to point out I've always thought mages were the best and most powerful class but they can't do everything all the time they need support from other classes whatever level they are.

But that thread has been explored elsewhere so I'll leave it.

How often has this subject came up? People will be debating the fighter/mage thing till the end of time

personally, I'm not slagging either, I just believe there is a balance in the game and believing your mage etc. will always outdo a fighter is ridiculous, especially in these controlled experiments they keep talking about. I prefer playing as a mage (its more interesting) but as to mages being the best characters to play with, I dunno...
