i think i figured out the problem. there isnt a shadowkeeper.log file in there. lovely. well its ok because i beat ToB last night so if i need to use it i can use the old version. well im off to Colorado for 4 fun filled days of snowboarding! maybe ill get on a computer and drop by to visit :D

I had a similar problem, except i did take the good path, gave the genie the sword etc,but my alignment still changed to evil. So downloaded shadowkeeper, and looked in the global variables section at the end, under the path of greed it said evil path taken alignment change, if u delete this line then u can change your alignment back, although their isnt really a need in TOB as u can still do all the quests, its just some people will be more bitchy towards your pc.

I've downloaded Shadowkeeper and it doesn't work at all.

You must've done something else to cause the alignment shift in Hell. Bad choices? Otherwise it could be a rare bug that I've heard of.

And?

You'll have to provide more details, Attalus...I have no idea what could possibly be wrong, from what you've told me. ;)

Attalus 03-08-2002 09:39 AM

Well. Memnoch, I've downloaded it, and the Readme said to run it and it would install. But it doesn't ever show up, so I really don't know what is doing. Totally befuddled.

Some questions:

1. Did you download it from www.mud-master.com/shadowkeeper? You should have v.2.1.4.

2. Did you unzip it and then run it

Let me know.
