Hmmm, reflecting on that statement I made, the Simulacrum copy of yourself, even when you're at level 34, won't be anywhere near level 23 (infact, it's around level 17....just tested), i.e. unable to summon skeletal warriors at all, so you'll be stuck with 3 of them. Still, a great aid in battle.

I always forget whether the Simulacrum's level is XP or level dependant.

No need to slap! Simulacrum is supposed to create a copy that is 60% of your current level/HP etc (so your XP calculations were spot on!), but the Vailors Helm version (not sure if this is different to the level 8 arcane spell) creates a copy that is at 50% of your current level (level 17 for a level 34 paladin, or level 20 for a level 40 fighter etc etc), but 60% of your current HP .....wierd.

The whole implentation of Simulacrum is, well -- to put it bluntly -- screwed up. :( While working on the Spells Reference, we tried to figure out the formula. Here's our best findings (albeit still not 100% accurate!):
Quote:

A Simulacrum is implemented as a level drained clone. Its level is not 60% of the caster's, but is determined as follows:

Single-classed mages: Original caster's level - (caster's level / 2)

Multiclassed mages: Original caster's level - (caster's level / 2) for each class

Dual classed mages: Original caster's level - (caster's total levels / 4)

Rounding is unclear for multiclassed mages, sometimes up, sometimes down. Dual classed mages have a clear advantage here. The bigger the difference between their classes, the less levels the clone loses. Note the difference between caster and original caster. This is explained further in the cheese note below.
Quite dubious, as you can see. And it goes on! A Simulacrum is an illusion -- so why isn't it dispelled by True Sight?! Not to mention Dispel Magic...

I consider the other 2 Dragon armours in the games quite useful - especialy the Blue one. ToB doesn't add very many armours (2 bad)

Wich dragon armor in the game is Blue ?

Mod Spoiler:
You are probaly reffering to the TDD mod., that includes a Blue Dragon Scale Armor IIRC (Topaz Dragon needs to be killed for this suit of Armor).

Also delete one of your posts Tower, because you have multi-posted it ;) .
