Ertai, I will get on the sketching soon, I will try to explain the HTML thing later, try to catch me on the ICQ and I can download your page and remake it as a to show you and you can look at the code and copy and paste from it.
You can download an older version of Paintshop pro for graphics, it´s not free but a shareware you can use for some time at least and you can go to downloaf.com looking for webutilities. Hesperex´is right about Dreamweaver 4, it´s simply great, though it costs money...

Dreamweaver...ummm

The guys are right about it being a good tool, but I advise you (Ertai) to learn HTML first, it isn't difficult. I used to work in a company where our webdesigner didn't know HTML and just used drag and drop in Dreamweaver. It caused no end of problems with different browsers etc. If you know how to program in HTML, you can then remove the unwanted behaviours of Dreamweaver.

Heperex / Wolgir - Have you guys noticed how keen Dreamweaver is on FONT tags. I had to manually rewrite a Dreamweaver page once as there were so many tags that had no use whatsoever (empty font tags). Also there was one instance where font colour was set to white, then black, and then the was no text!!

Frontpge does that a ton too - huge amounts of unwanted / needed HTML taking up download time for no apparent reason. I definitely echo the sentiments in learning HTML first before heading into editors. My first editor was trusy ole notepad and I do get value from being able to go back afterwards to make HTML modifications to the pages created in editors. Of course, in notepad you can't get automatic updated links to any page names you change, I will forever love Frontpage for that.
