Bozos of Bones 01-22-2004 08:42 PM

Nope, you're not in command of a single unit here, you're the supreme commander of all your forces on the map.

Mouse 01-23-2004 02:44 AM

Ok, here's mine......

Feed ten birds to get into ???

Target 01-23-2004 04:47 AM

Well I couldn't remember who didn't get on with who, been a long time since I played Dungeon Keeper.
So is your new one that UFO game?

Bozos of Bones 01-23-2004 05:07 AM

Who's? Mine or his?
Not mine.

Target 01-23-2004 06:57 AM

Yes that would help. Yours.

Got no idea about feeding birds...

Mouse 01-23-2004 09:17 AM

OK, here's a hint..........

Escape Terror ;)

Niadh 01-23-2004 09:45 AM

Probably that`s it. I will try with... Earth 2150.

Bozos of Bones 01-23-2004 02:44 PM

Ground Control is the correct answer. If you ask me, this far better than any Total War or anything ever! But that's just me.
Go Niadh

Xen 01-23-2004 03:10 PM

Blast! And I agree that this is one of the best RTS`s out there!

Bozos of Bones 01-23-2004 06:10 PM

Mouse, might your game be Grim Fandango by any chance?

Mouse 01-23-2004 06:12 PM

Nope - think anagrams

Niadh 01-23-2004 09:28 PM

Here I go again.

This allowed you to choose when you did critical hits and had a VERY good time based combat system.

Dreamer128 01-24-2004 07:09 AM

Knights of the old Republic?

Niadh 01-24-2004 11:07 AM

No, older. Japanese style RPG.

Dreamer128 01-24-2004 12:01 PM

Hm.. Breath of fire?

Dalamar Stormcrow 01-24-2004 01:44 PM

Mouse- AVP2?

Next hint - It's subtitle is "Legacy of the Creator"

That hint made it easy - Septerra Core

Mouse 01-24-2004 03:25 PM

Absolutely correct Yanez

Niadh 01-24-2004 06:23 PM

No, it was avaliable on Dreamcast and PS2.

Dreamer128 01-24-2004 06:54 PM

I give up ;)

Bozos of Bones 01-24-2004 07:13 PM

On what? He gave the answer! What gives?

Niadh 01-24-2004 07:19 PM

Grandia 2.

Next game is-

This tacticalespionage adventure leaves you rather bewildered by the end of the game.

Dreamer128 01-24-2004 07:29 PM

Hm.. Grandia 2. I've seen that one around. Is it worth playing?

As to your new question; is it Splinter Cell?

Yanez 01-25-2004 05:14 AM

I guess its my turn now.

A turn based strategy with four different races each of them have a different deity and with up to six units in a company- depending on leaders level.

Link 01-25-2004 05:45 AM

Disciples 2? Or perhaps Etherlords?

You are very close, but only one is partly correct.
Another hint - game was released in 1999

Metal Gear Solid perhaps?

</font>
Disciples 2.

Yanez 01-25-2004 06:53 AM

It may seem that I'm just nitpicking, but Disciples II - Dark Prophecy was released in 2002.

Dreamer128 01-25-2004 07:35 AM

Ok... the original disciples then?

Niadh 01-25-2004 05:11 PM

Yanez wins mines.

And yes, Grandia 2 rocks. It has all the usual bits of a Japanese RPG, plot twists and stuff.

Corrr-ect! :D

Yesterday, I downloaded the demo of Disciples II and noticed that the basics remained the same, so I could acknowledge Link's or Xen's answer as correct.
But, when I posted the question I had Disciples - Sacred Lands in my mind- so, its your turn Dreamer.

Woohoo!
I've got to post another question! So here goes...

In this arcade game you have to take care, (i.e. keeping them alive) of a certain animal species, so that their extraterrestrial cousins can pick them up at the end of the game.

Target 01-27-2004 04:28 AM

Could it be Lemmings?

Dreamer128 01-27-2004 06:11 AM

Sheeps?

It is Sheep. Wow, Dreamer, now you have to post TWO new questions.

Dreamer128 01-28-2004 03:16 AM

Who's the man?

Seriously though, give me some time to think some good ones up.

Dreamer128 01-28-2004 05:21 AM

1) In this game you play a jester called Malcolm, who was previously turned to stone after being wrongly accused of murder. In your adventure, you are being aided by your 'good' and 'bad' side. My question: what are the names of both versions of your conscience?

2) Mark Hamil, also known as Luke Skywalker, plays the part of Christopher Blair in the various Wing Commander games. During the series, Blair uses multiple callsigns. Name two.

Nightowl2 01-28-2004 09:52 AM

In Legend of Kyrandia III (Malcolm's Revenge), Gunther is the "bad" side and Stewart is the "good" side.
