Right now Ko in a big kobold encampment with over 300 inhabitants. I wont tell the locaiton due to people having the desire to assisanate him. But there will be more info on Ko shortly by an interview.

Wait a second. Sythe are you telling me that the 300+ kobolds I burned to death, with my myriad fireball spells, when I got lost one day, were in fact a secrete hidden encampment? I thought they were a war party trying to overthrow the Swordcoast, what with all the fire arrows being lobbed at me and my party. About 100 arrows to a volley if I recall. Of course the fireball spells were very well placed. They went off at all the right places and the Kamikaze Kobolds detonated at the fringes of the spells creating a lovely fireworks display.

Ah so you are the one. You and your party created this kind of rampage on that encampment. I just received news of it sadly hundreds perished but again escaped very very few surviors less than twenty. If you want to know how they had escaped listen to this. Before you wrecked havoc on Ko and his people. I personally chose a site above abandoned mines. Reason why the mines are abandoned are not yet known. A few kobold huts built a hole large on enough to fit three kobolds at a time. The holes connected to the mine near the secret back entrance. Sadly few of the kobold huts had the tunnels. Ko and his small new family managed to escape safely. From there I have decided to put them someplace else somewhere near the Spine of the World. As you know after the Time of Troubles there has been some magic dead zones. I placed Ko there. Along the way Ko and I convicned other kobolds to join us if they want protection.

This time I took more precautionary measures. I had one of my former adventuring companion train the small rig rag kobold force into a formidable miltia. I spent many exspenses on food weapons etc. I had kobold volonteers set up traps around the new encampment. Ko and I have convinced the other tribes to integrate with eachother despite their diffrences to unite against a common threat. Since I am near the spine of the world I paid nearly half my finnances on an mercenary army consisting of Humans, Goblins, and Ogres. Populaiton: 700+

I have spent over 25 thousand gold on this. Any who threatens the camp would personally have to deal with me.

... And after that - earn a lot of experience :D

IT'S SYTHE (But it's really meant to be Slythe) KAK put down you weapons there is no need for this kind of violence. The only reason Kobolds killed innocent people was to defend themselves. Wouldn't you do the same? There would be more innocent lives lost if there is a war Dragonshadow. Both sides would suffer many losses. If you lead a crusade against Kobolds then I and Ko would rally many kobold tribes to oppose you.

Sythe, Sythe, Sythe. There is no need to kill inocents in an act of self defense. Such an act is called outright murder, and must be punished accordingly. If the alleged inocent is the initial aggresor then such actions in self defense are permisible. I've never killed a kobold out of hatred for them; only when they strike first will they be punisged by me. For example, my unfortunate encounter with the vast encampment. To avoid future such incidents I will make it a point not to venture near the Spine unless pressing matters call me hence. All kobolds that have died by my hand (or spell) have initiated the conflagration; I merely finished what they could not hope to. Also please pardon Lady Dragonshadow. Obviously she has lost someone dear to her due to kobold raids. Delusional she must have temporarily become. Afterall there are no "flamethrowers" or "Petrol bombs", whatever they may be, in this realm. Perhaps she is refering to the Wand of Fire and has managed to somehow acquire them in bulk? At any rate such a pogrom I will not endorse. If however she were attacked along on her travels she would be entitled to do everything in her power (regardless of how cruel or devastating) to defend herself.

I am a Ranger out on the wilds. I do not think the kobolds are evil, misunderstood and confused, yes, but they are not evil. Now you may point out some evil kobolds, but the race as a whole is not evil, just like the human race is neither totally good or evil. If we look at all the example and maybe past history, we would probably find that the reason that Kobolds are agressive is because races like us humans interfered in their lives, either by killing them or teaching them that they could get rich by going out and attacking adventurers. Lets look at this from another position, say dragons or elves. They hold a meeting about us humans, determining whether or not we are to be exterminated, based on those like Serevok, adventures messing around with things they shouldn't, our cities, our agression. This is essentially what we are doing. Determining whether or not a race deserves to live, essentially playing god when most of the Kobolds probably don't know any better. Now that I've said this, I say we organize a group to go to the kobolds, take food and money to show we wont hurt them, teach them common and opganize them into their own nation. I'd say introduce them into our society but much of the people, being blinded by adventurers and those like you, would reject them and even if they wouldn't, there would be many fires and destruction

Lilarcor, I have not stated to set the fate of all kobolds. I merely stated that I respond accordingly when attacked by them. This unfortunately happens at my every encounter with them. They fire the first shot, and I fire the last.

I admit that I was wrong about that part. But you know that both sides Kobolds and Humans are both guilty of that crime. As you must have known by now that kobolds are very territorial creatures. As I have said before in my previous posts they would do anything possible to protect themselves. I don't blame them for their fear. All their lives they live in constant fear and danger of being attacked. My 689 year old elven friend said that back then kobolds were more gentle than they are right now. This fear has driven the kobolds mad and made them a warlike race. We are the cause of that. We move into their territory and claim their land as our own. They know that we cannot be trusted and attack us. Fear is their motivation of showing hostilities toward us.

I know that even if we are not in their territory they still attempt to kill us. They want the threat stampted out. For example before Ko's encampment was wiped out they sometimes had raiding parties to take out the nearby towns. No matter how I try to discourage this they won't listen to me. They said either they are going to attack us or us attack them. The small human towns have the exact same attitude.

I know that many of you say this. It seems that those who oppose my views is that words I just quoted is their only strong evidence."Kobolds attack us first and we just defend ourselves!" This would not happen I promise you all when we start to treat kobolds respect and treat them as equals. Nothing starts out evil except for beings that enjoy inflicting misery since they first inflicted pain on someone else. Humans are not like that no human is born like that. Drow are not either because they are influenced by the Spider Queen Lolth(If you doubt me then what do you have to say about Drizzt Do'Urden) It is the same with almost every race. Kobolds are in that category.
