Congrats, T-D-C on buying a house. I've had mine for 12 years, and I can tell you, four bedrooms come in damned handy.

I agree... those trees need to go! Hmmm... you might wait until next year and see if you can auction them as Christmas trees. I mean, they're big, they're bold... they could help offset that December mortgage payment [img]smile.gif[/img]

I agree on four bedrooms, too. Our first house was a three-bedroom... ours, guest room, and office. First kid meant the guest room went away. Second kid... we got another house [img]smile.gif[/img] One with four bedrooms, so us, two kids, and an office. We've since finished the basement to make an office down there (where I am right now) and turn the office upstairs back into a guest room.

Now the only problem is when we have more than one set of guests at a time... :( there's always the pull-out couch in the basement :D

What an awful day...though it actually wasn't that bad, but it's a Monday, so you just assume it must have been. But at least you can always find out your squirrel name at:

It's 53 and clear, here, but it may freze tonight, they say. Good afternoon. Reminder to all: Legends of Earthsea is gonna be on the Science Fiction Channel tonight at 8 E, 7 C. Be there and let's hope it doesn't suck.

beware the ramble.
I always find that heavy metal helps me concentrate. Bands like Dimmu Borgir(death metal from norway, seen in my sig)for studying etc. Power metal bands from Finland mainly, (dragonforce, Stratovarius, Sonata Arctica ETC) are better for chilling, they aren't screaming heavyness, but melodic. METAL, yes, but melodic. And alos with lyrics about swords, dragons, elves...I love it [img]smile.gif[/img]

I do listen to metal most of the time. Although mostly prog stuff like Threshold, Evergrey, Dream Theater, Enchant and bands like that, although I also listen to lots of Stratovarius, Rhapsody, Nightwish, Sonata Arctica and sometimes some Rammstein even or any odd metal band I have music from.
