LOL methinks he may be the producer of this show he mentions.....

Double post by me (bad me! ), but this is totally different in substance from my above post.

I think T-D-C, Dundee, and Wellard have read this guy perfectly. Real psychics, in our own little community. No more advertising for him!

But what's really freaky (to me) is that halfway down the page in the link T-D-C posted is a post by a guy who has a Mark Twain quote in his sig. Why is that freaky? Because it's the exact same quote I have on my uni email sig.

I can sense THEM closing in on me now...

If these people were for real, they wouldn't have to sell their talents on carnavals. Face it; if I could predict which shares would increase in value, I'd be loaded. :D

At my main job I work for a psychic. Thought you all might have found that interesting. I've only seen her do little things, tell someone where their keys are and stuff like that.

I can't decide if I belive in psychics and all that, I'm on the line between beliving and not.

Yes, or I am crazy. I never asked for the dreams of the earth shaking a day before a major earthquake. I never asked to recieve insights and foretelling about people and events that turn out to be and/or become true. Just happens.

I have no desire to try to make it happen or to profit from it. I dont see it as a gift or a curse, but simply part of the human potential that naturally, but uncommonly manifests- sometimes it is learned and in other cases, like mine, it just happens.

Oh, yeah there are alot of frauds and cold-readers out there as well. Some are well-meaning quacks without the discipline to actually go out and get a counseling degree but most are simply crooked profiteers who also exploit people's emotions in addition to scamming their wallets.

Psychicism is well-documented, both the real ones and the frauds. The real stuff, to me, is just another quirk of nature and part of the great mystery of life. The fake stuff is just another folly of human nature and is usually ripe for exposure.

Not a coindidence, spam. I have seen this exact same post on three totally different forums today. In everycase it was the first post by a new user.

I just googled the post: here are the results, nine google pages and all:

Hmm, maybe this person is doing a survey, looking to see what different groups say about the same subject? Anyways, since when has spamming become such a capital crime, here? :D

Spam, who said it was bad...

This spam has at least stoked some interesting discussion.
