I like our Icewines. The best. You guys should try our "Beaver Tails" in the winter (it's a hot pastry desert, not part of an animal like it's namesake), while skating the Rideau Canal.

I had a beaver tail once, it was pretty good.
Even if, as a dish, it sounds obscene.
