It's similar to the marketing idea for irradiated foods. They use a flower on the label to represent radiation-bombarded food. Yeah, when I'm thinking of radiation, flowers come to mind.
yer just radiation-o-phobic :D Radiation can be our friend, just think about it...without radiation the earth would just be a dark hunk of lifeless ice Radiation is our friend, the Atom is our friend....its all those darn alpha particles and Gamma rays you need to watch ;) |

Interestingly, the worlds strongest animals are herbivores: Elephants, mountain gorillas, etc. Carnivores rest over 80% of the time (lions & all the big cats, wolves and other wild canines) mainly because digesting meat saps energy and strength. On a personal note: After 2 years of paralysis, the main thing that brought my body back to health was a complete vegetarian diet, and following the tenets of natural hygiene. :D Today, when I go on a vegetarian diet, I feel much better. I eat meat for the taste. Ironically, I am too ill to stick to a vegetarian diet, since my diabetes will mess me up if I don't ingest protein. As soon as I'm back to normal, it's back to veggies for me. :D |

But the only meat I eat is from a little local farm, We know and can trust the farmer, and they do their own slaughtering It’s perfectly okay and safe. Otherwise I do not trust these large centralised slaughterhouses, Too much slaughtered too fast, leads to bad meat |
The irony is pretty blatant. English apples - possibly diseased... - they end up buying from people who took it to another country to grow it there.
Weird. There is still the big deal about how to label ORGANIC foods. What constitutes organic and whatnot. |
just WHAT are you immplying? the ENGLISH APPLES WERNT DISEASED! bah!

Hephalumps and woozels have to move constantly to eat enough bulk to keep themselves fed. |

We can survive on a broad variety of foods. Creatures of opportunity and adaptation are among the most successful anywhere in the world. Lean fresh meat is very healthy. Just like whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables are. Unfortunately, healthy food has a very poor shelf life. That's why these items are so expensive at the store. It's an overconsumption of simple sugars and fats that our bodies are not equipped to handle. Metabolically speaking, our bodies handle this type of diet VERY poorly!Unfortunately, unhealthy food has a very good shelf life. That's why these items are so cheap and so many buy them. |
American apples are excellent and I often buy them.
