1. New World Computing
2. Origin
3. SSI (AD&D Golden boxes series, ravenlofts etc)

i hope Ubisoft can take care of the Might and Magic franchise... Dark Messiah looks great, but i want a partyRPG M&M.

1) Black Isle (diehard BG fanboy, plus they were Albertan! Wrong city though... [img]tongue.gif[/img] )

2) Westwood. I was a huge fan of the C&C Series. If only EA hadn't got ahold of the thing - I would love to see an Obelisk of NOD in full 3-D.

3) Bethesda. While they don't release many games, Daggerfall was the beginning of me and my RPGs. Morrowind was great - it was so big I could never get around to finishing the main quest! And Oblivion looks spectacular.

I love SSI too. I'm a fan of Gold-Box games and I also liked Steel Panthers by them.

From my ancient post here, I'd add that I really like Battlefront of the Combat Mission series.

never tried Steel Panthers though, im more of a RPG guy myself.

The reason I play games and got hooked was
Sid Meier
SSI, Kamphgrouppe and the like
Anything Microprose touched.

These three were very reliable in the 80s and 90s. And made some very addictive games.
