Easiest way is to click on the top right of this page where it says Graphics Library then click on Roleplaying Animated GIFs. Right click on an image and select properties so you can find the URL, then use the IMG command (click here for details on how to use this).

You can also use Infinity Explorer to extract images from BG/BG2/IWD and get them hosted someplace. You can then use the IMG command to display them here.
