Hmmm, does anyone know how to add a '~' above an 'n' on an English keyboard? I know in some programs with some fonts if you press 'ctrl/shift and #' at the same time followed by 'n', it works, but not all the time. Any suggestions?

all i have to do ~ and i won't appear unless i space or put a n behind it to get ñ but people can't seem to write Kaël neither
