Well, what I always do when feeling "bogged down" is sit back and breathe deeply for a couple of minutes. Don't think of it. Then, prioritize everything you have to do as best as you can. Put a couple of easy things up front if there are any, but then just work through the 'list of priorities' one at a time. If you look at the 'whole picture', you get overwhelmed. Well, it's always easier to deal with big projects and worrisome things in small pieces. Just tackle the small pieces one at a time and it will look a whole lot less daunting!
