The problem is I work in a mortgage industry, and we redid our policy manual. We purchase mortgages from Brokers. But those loans have to fit the guidelines in our manuals. Well, they haven't had an agreement in writing as to what our guidelines are. The Policy Manual got stuck in Legal Dept. The offical word was they were working on the verbage for a couple of section. The policy was suppose to roll out 2-28-01. It is now 5-15-01 and it just went to printing this week. Methinks they tabled it in hopes we would fold under and go away.
