But in this situation I believe that it was the chicken.
If you think logically if the egg was there first there would have not been anything there to keep it warm, no mother, no father... so therefore it wouldn't have survived.

But then the question is where did the chicken come from.....

OOO, its neck and neck at the moment!
I say the egg. The egg could have come from to animals mating to produce and it could have become the new species.

Although it would be cool if a chicken just came floating down with a parachute, like in worms. :D

I think the egg did.

I was thinking along the same lines as that :D

Fire, in which to cook the chicken or egg.

Then eggs became the trendy thing to do, so all the other chickens started doing the egg thing, and here we are today...

Evolution follows fashion!

Oh, evolution as fashion trends! Now I can relate :D . And can you believe lime green and orange are in again this season? I know fashion is cyclical but it was only about 6 years since they were last the rage!

No one knows the answer to that(not yet anyways)... so therefore I doubt that we'll find the answer to this question at this time.

Party pooper... and I thought for sure that we could find the answer by posting polls on IW!
