Probably no, you would have to echange them into dollars, but if you got a visa card, I think it wold be exchanged automatically.

Id hate to see the Ironworks going down. So someday in the future when I get my new job, I'll sure send some donations. I live in Norway which is one of the most expensive countries in the world to live in. That also means that our income is way bigger than most countries in the world. An average income in England would be about £10.000 a year me thinks. Thats what I earn working part time on a supermarket. So a small donation for me would be a big donation for you

Edit: Duh

Brennihelvte: You put the pound sign before the amount, like £10,000, k

I'd send some but I'm broke  Maybe Ziroc should charge me for spamming when I get a job.... :D (I'd be in debt aged sixteen! Ooooh, that's scary )

For you international folks, you should pay by credit card. I try to only use credit cards for international transactions, because you always get the *best* exchange rate. You know how the currency changers have the "buy" and "sell" rate - you always get the better. It can make a decent difference.

Z,

How 'bout an indication of how much this is running, dollar-wise? Do you need to come up with $100/month, $1000, $10,000?

That might help us to get a better grip on it.

Some help is on the way, BTW.

Thanks.

Hey, Z, I'm planning on sending a money order out next week (sorry, I don't use credit cards or paypal).

For those of you on the edge, even a small donation can make a difference - there are over 10,000 members here and even if everybody only sent in a dollar, the effect on Z's bank account would be enormous!

To put this in perspective, if 100 people each pledged $12 for a year of service, that would mean Z would have $100/mo to pay for his service for a full year!

I've just sent something out to you, mate. Check your Paypal account.

I will be sending you a check Monday.

G'day Ziroc
Just sent you $ via pay pal, Gives a big warm manly hug* and thanks for the good job!

* swap for a good strong handshake if you prefer

Its kinda weird if you think about it. If all the members of IW donated 1 dollar each, Ziroc would have enough money for a long vacation, and he could have IW open for awhile.

BTW I'm to young, but once I reach 18 and get a job that pays me decently, I'll gladly pay you as much as possible.

Hi Ziroc - just transmitted another 20 your way - hope it helps (everyone at work unexpectedly got a 20 for the holiday from our nice boss)

Forgive me if this is a stupid question, but I don't suppose there is anything I can do in my browsing habits to help bring the cost down??? [I don't know how bandwidth works yet]

Thanks & Best of luck
