Not that I believe that it is rigged, but it is possible to pick numbers by making some of the balls heavier than others. I'm not good with physics, but i think that if the balls come out the top, make the numbers you want lighter or if out the bottom, make them heavier.

Or make the pipe the balls come out of, smaller than the balls that you don't want to come out.

Just some options..y'know?

Let me put it simply.

The number of draws in the year is irrelevant. The draws have no effect on each other - the chances do not alter depending on what the last draw was. If 10/9/02 had produced 911 the chances of 9/11/02 producing 911 would have been the same.

The odds of drawing 911 are the same on any date. Trust me on this. I used to do wargaming. I have experience when it comes to calculating odds on the fly.

Do your own experiments with 3D10 if you really want to.

Or program a computer to do it, since youd need at least 20000 rolls to get accurate results.

The chances of 9-1-1 coming up in the draw are slim. Because the ways that everyone is saying it is rigged means that if 9,1,1 are the only balls that can come up, 9 only has a one in three chance of coming first! That makes it harder. However, I suppose if it is the most light (grammar?) ball there it will co up quickest.....

NOTE: 9-11 can be interpreted as an American day of EMERGENCY
NOTE: 911 is what you dial in America if there is an EMERGENCY

chances are those numbers come up every day in some aspect or another. it's only because of the recent anniversary the numbers are more noticed I suspect
