I have a picture that needs to be re-sized to be used as a sig and I don't have any fancy programs (and I don't understand any of them either LOL) so I was hoping you'd re-size it for me.

oh yeah? Would you trust a guy who'se sig is actually taller than the limit for height in sigs to resize the picture for you?

You can trust the SIG doctor, because all of his sigs are exactly the limit for height and width... Just mail it to me or post it here
