if the sword is that good, it must make the game kinda too easy cause there would be no challenge.

That's exactly why it's a cheat item that can only be obtained by cheating. ;)

Still i guess once youve completed the game a couple of times, then you've kindof earnt the right to use it, anyway it could be useful when your trying to make up ground after a save game failiure...
