The problem lied with the counting of the votes, if everyone who did vote had thiers count you would have a different election. I can't place Bush responible on that one, but he did sue first and challenge due process agressivley. In many ways he participated in blocking the fair analysis of the election results.
The stupid supreme court is another matter. Weighing an arbritary date against accuracy in an election. Jheeeeeeeez.

Well,

You may hate Bush, but that "Idiot" seems to be doing a damn good job so far. But thats ok I expect this, the Clinton Haters were the same way. No matter what he did he could never do anything right, most of the critticism of Bush right now is petty and childish.

He is pretty much on target about what needs to happen and the direction he is moving.
