kids will be kids and if they want to play something, where there's a will, there's a way! :D
</font>
True enough... but in our case the systems are on my domain, and it's definitely a police state in our house when it comes to the internet and PC access. I've got full control of their accounts, when they can log on and for how long, whether they can access the internet or not, and there's a full audit log of every site they visit, every page they view. They COULD hit a forbidden site... but they'd only do it once , and they know it. For games they don't have the access level on any machines to allow them to install any software... so they have to come to me. I know in many cases these days the kids know more about computers than the parents (and can put a lot over on their old man), but that'll never be the case in my house (insert EVIL laugh track here). ;)

Anyway, that's another story -- no permanent injuries or anything. Very funny comment, though. ;)

I've only one thing to say on that matter... never date a woman with a big gap between her front teeth (think "like getting caught in a zipper").

and that's all I have to say about that.

lol! I think that this game actually sounds brilliant. (and the graphics also look amazing!) The first one was crap! (to put it bluntly) for the first few days it was good, but then it got boring, it was just same old same old. But this one looks as if it has style. I think this Mr Ashcroft guy is speaking out his ass, I mean this game is just what many people will be looking for and if your gona make a sequel game like the sims then you gotta make it good, you dont want some more boring crap, you need something exciting, and that is what this game looks to me.

I'm with Timber, video games aren't soley for kids.

Besides, shouldn't parents actually look at something before they buy it for their kids?

As far as whether it's porn or not, I think it depends on a person's definition of pornography. Granted, if I had kids they still wouldn't be playing this game. I just won't say it's porn from the small explanation of the game. They say sex is shown, but how? Is it very very explicit, or is it just something you'd see in a Rated R film?

Note to Ashcroft: Say hello to "Reality-In-Gaming," you pro-cencorship bastard!

Games are packed with extreme violence and gore these days. Yet it's a game like this that gets people all upset..

In the Sims for PC they were always under covers and you never saw anything. Even when they showered they were blurred (unless you got a patch which removed the blur). It will probably be something similar. I doubt it will look like pornography. ;)

This is the absurd reality of not only video games, but movies and television programmes too. It's a cliche that a naked breast will rouse more indignance than ten gory murders on TV, but it's a cliche because it's true. And I find it ridiculous and hilarious and infuriating at the same time. That's some sick twisted morals there.... violence good, sex bad.

I'm with you Mel... it is f'ed up.

I'm sure things would be better if everyone would just Do a little dance .... make a little love ..... and get down tonight!
