The problem is that out here, everybody's certified. It doesn't mean as much as it did a few years ago. You need more then that now.
</font>[/QUOTE]Yeah the stupid papermills that just teach how to pass the damn tests has made it a nightmare to interview people. Most of the people I see don't know anything hands on, just the answers to the test questions :(

As long as you try you should be ok, watch out for that layered topology test in semester one though its a killer. The rest of semester one isn't that bad.
