i do not allow myself to get angry.i am a very harsh individual when i get pissed off.once that adrenalin starts to flow i tend to get violent.which is why i never got into team sports.i must have some berserker ancesters.

Listening to music while in a contemplative reverie.
Being alone with my thoughts and a good song always clears my head.

I agree! I have become a compulsive worrier over the last couple of years, and if I don't DO something, I can't stop. So petting my puppy and kitten helps a lot. Plus they're so sweet and they love me no matter what problems or worries I may have; they give me peace .

i sketch. or paint if i'm very upset. i usually end up with something most people run away from, but it works. when i didn't live in a shoebox apt, but had a home, i used to splash paint all over myself (yeah. nakey... don't wanna ruin the threads, luv!) and then smash myself into the walls ! LOL!

if that doesn't work, i like to take a looooooong walk or lonnnnng bike ride. bike riding stinks in the city, too. but walks are cool. when i can walk to the water.. that's even better. you can't see the horizon in the city... so out at the water you can and that's very calming for me.

V***V
