Probably when the author read them and realised they were not actual for his cause. Or when the languange got so bad the people who ran the petition board shut it down.

What I have heard, is that that's why Spider Man has been delayed (I think it's showing should have been at March) is because they had to remove the WTC... or lest they face charges... err is this true?
