I used to go to bed at a decent hour. Lately I've been having some insomnia problems and I just can't sleep.

(I am in the USA, in the EST Time Zone)

I sometimes have backwards hours (sleep in the day, work at night) and get to sleep at 7am (Wake up around 5pm).

But I am cutting that down now, I need to be up to help my Mom.

It's so hard to change around my hours.. UGH! http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif

Usually sign off about 11:30 and asleep by 12:30. Have to get up at 5:30 for a 7:30 start at work. Weekends are variable - 1:30 probably.

Of course, if I have a great CRPG to play (c'mon WIZ 8), then I will usually get to bed at 3:30, and survive on 2 hours sleep per day zzzzzzzzzzzzzz.....

You're telling me! http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif When I took four months off between jobs and just after the Olympics here, I ended up with backwards hours too (sleeping at 7 am whether or not I'd gone out the night before) and waking up at 5-6pm. I hardly ever saw the sun. I even took to having "breakfast" at 7 pm, "lunch" at 12 am, and "dinner" at 5 am, just before sunrise. It was really hard to break the habit, but I did it. http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...es/biggrin.gif

11:00 pm or so ...only to rise at 5:00 am. 7 or so hours of sleep is close to what I get.

Depends on what you define as normal Adam http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...es/biggrin.gif - for this sample population, it looks like bugger all sleep is the norm http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...miles/hihi.gif

Sleep? I tend to work in waves... sometimes I go to bed at like 1-2 in the morning other times(when I feel good) I will go 2 nights without sleep(weekends http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...es/biggrin.gif ) and yet still there are other times when I will go to sleep at like 11-12 and during all these days I wake up at 6-7 except weekend where(when I do sleep) it's like 11-12 that I wake up

people here say I have realy bad sleeping habits...does any one else think this?

Sleep, is that a trick question ? my average is around 4-5 hours
dialy. Between work, being a parent, a friend, and a relative
amongst trying to do thing's that have a meaning who has time
for sleep ? My work day consists of an 8:30am to 6:30 pm
day with an hour drive there and then an hour back. Then starting
dinner going over my daughter's homework eating dinner. Quality
time with the family and all that other good stuff. I crave the weekend's.
That is the only time that I get to sleep around 6 hour's before either my
little girl wakes me or my body kick's me out of bed.
It's glorious having mild insomnia, It really does help.http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...es/biggrin.gif
