Yep, i know. They keep revolting, those Finnish bastards. :D

Just leave a few armies behind and an inquisitor or two, and it will stop.

</font>
I should be able to get a Grand Inquisitor there, but the armies have to be built there, cause the germans are in my way(both land- and searoutes are stuffed with the little buggers). I guess Ill have to kill them too ;)

I'm afraid you don't get the time to build up armies in Finland, they'll revolt when the present forces aren't large enough. You'll have to take it by force, and leave at least a few thousand men behind.

Don't you mean a few hundred? </font>
You could do that, but then there will definitely be an uprising. Finland and the countries surrounding it are the most problematic areas in the game. I've had uprisings there even when i left a garrison of somewhat 2000 soldiers. And they keep revolting, reducing your troops numbers time and time again. So just to be safe, leave a few exra units there, while constantly training new ones. You'll definitely need it. And don't forget an inquisitor.

I found that particular part of Europe more hazardous than occupying Rome.

Rome is the worst place by far for uprisings especially if you have removed the papacy from the game. The buggers just keep coming back and you really need thousands there. I found Finland alright (I'm the Ruskies at the moment) but livonia can cause trouble. i've also just discovered that the Golden hoard are just so easy to beat. I'm playing on normal and of all the other enemies they just seemed to crumble under my blue tide.
