Those are my stats and im getting pretty good.

Pretty much the only difference are the Swords, and the Chain Tunic. You also have 7 more skill points than I. But then again, you have 7 Squires, and you're a level ahead of me.

the squires do help, dont they? i have six now, and my stats/inventory is like so:

Head: leather helm
Chest: leather tunic
Legs: leather greaves
Feet: leather boots
Hands: leather gloves
Arms: leather sleeves
Cloak: leather cloak
Waist: leather belt
Primary: steel dagger
Secondary: iron dagger

hmmm...lotsa leather. well, what can i say, i look good in leather. :D

and im stopping the regeneration training right now. its a waste of gold, as i see it now.

Training up a buttload of Power now. Even Squires, once you gain the higher leves, don't have the same impact now that I am attacking level 7 people. And I still don't have a single Squire :(

Muhahahah... Got 10 Power now, putting 2 more points into both Attack and Power before I save up for some Short Swords. I'm also level 7.

ADD] My highest damage is now 24, on a Critical Hit.

I'm up to Level 4 (about 7 battles away from Level 5 - get ready for more gold, Rapida [img]smile.gif[/img] ) & have a Steel Wakizashi & Steel Dagger, with 5-4-10-10-0 stats (should be able to afford 5 Power right when I hit Level 5).

I've gathered that Regen doesn't kick in til you hit Level 5 no matter how many points you have in it (& it will kick in even if you have 0 points, you just might Regen quicker with more points).

Some strategies I've found so far, in case anybody new jumps in (this is mostly for those w/o Squires since having Squires can skyrocket your power)...

When you're Level 0, stick with other Level 0's. When you get 3 Gold, buy a Bone Dagger. When you get 3 more Gold, buy a 2nd for your off-hand. Weapons make all the difference.

From Levels 1-3, attack people 1 Level higher with horrible Win-Loss records (I mean 500-1000+ Losses). Don't attack anyone Level 5+ until you're Level 5 yourself - their Regen will kill you. Upgrade your weapons often, but try to wait as long as possible to avoid losing too much when you sell stuff back.

If you get a bad win loose ratio you WILL be picked on, and in the beginning you will be attacked and most likely loose. Dont get discouraged.

Im level 11 soon to be 12 now. What are you guys up to? I got wid of my leather armor and now wearing either plate or chain armor. I got a mithril plate helm. Spiked and bone cudgel (i think).

bummer, your a high level arent you? im struggling to get to level 8, and saving for armor upgrades(thinking of getting a full chain armor). i also might upgrade my weapons and train my power to 10 along with defense and offense(ill probaply be about your level by that time! depends really on how my 7 squires level up). but im picking on level 8 characters now, so i guess im not doing too awfully...

Highest level ive killed was a level 19 or so O_O
