You can get Magus into your party, but I think he's always got confusion, so he will attack your characters too. He also doesn't have any dual or triple techs though...

Black Mage.

Ok so he's not really a villain but he's pure Evil.

If I remember well, he also has 1 or 2 combo attack that can be enabled with special items.

For once I agree with Johnny. J.I lacked the pure-evil-genius feel that bad guys like Sarevok and [...] (PS:T end guy) gave you. Had he been less busy with feeling sorry for himself, he may have stood a chance in the final battle...

Whenever I used Magus, he had the confusion star over him every time I entered a battle. I was only around seven and didn't know much about the game. I just got him on my game when I made that post, and didn't want to use him since I thought he would always have confusion. On my game I have the (Spoiler)

Epoch with wings, and I have revived chrono, but I seem to be too weak to do the quests. I got killed by Ozzie, Flea, and Slasher together, but lasted a while, I found some cave in the future with "Son of Sun" inside, which killed me nearly instantly. I managed to repair the castle with Cyrus' grave and strengthened the Masamune. I am in the tyrrano lair in the middle ages, I think, and can't kill the rust tyrrano. I have an icy cross-slash triple tech with frog, crono, and Marle, which does around 2600 damage each hit, and I can usually hit it with five of those before getting killed. I don't think I can get out since I had to fall down a hole to get in there. The only other triple tech that I can remember is the lit2/fire2/ice2 spell with Crono, Marle, and Lucca. I have the taban equipment for lucca, which reduces fire damage. Should I use Lucca since the Tyrrano's fire attacks get stronger each time they are used?

You could relate to the fact that he was literally losing himself. However, I agree that the end guy in PST was just too nasty (in an Robert DeNiro in "Angelheart" sort of way). In fact, PST is one game where you can truly be evil to the core (selling one of your companions into slavery, snapping peoples necks, etc.), so YOU can be a really nasty villian if you choose to be (look at all of the things you did in your past, before waking up at the beginning of the game).

Ohh, I will have to say, either Irenicus, or.... Prince Arthas, his armour is so cool, and I just love the long white hair.

*Revered Brother Poquelin from IWD is a favorite too. The whole plot to open a gate to hell that was sealed ages ago and wanting to control everyone, not to mention turning into the Belhifet demon himself. He is quite nasty

I would definitely have to say Jon Irenicus ---he is a nasty man!

Rapture Of The Heavens on all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
