Forget Slowfall
Just before landing cast Levitate. |
Well, I tried the scrolls for fun with a new charachter this morning.
Guess What, I died falling... that was expected, no remorse... but there is something about the way I died that makes me quite angry... I landed in the sea south of Ebonheart, and I broke my bones on the ONLY jutting rock in sight. (I have set the maximum sight distance), and , to make matters worse, it was no more than a boulder. I doubt I could have hit it on purpose in a billion tries. I really don't know if I should laugh or cry... Well, c'est la vie, or better, c'est la mort... |
wizard falling is just up the hills from seyda neen on the way to the bubbling tar pits i think.
and heres a handy trick for falling to avoid all falling damage, switch to your inventory screen just before you hit the ground, take it off and you should land sweetly, but you need to time it right otherwise you still take the hit, but if you do get it right then no damage whatsoever |
Besides the mage that falls out of the sky, has anyone actually found any other scrolls of incarian flight?
Or know a way of making them? Raktizz |
No. If you read the book he had with him - his diary I think - you will see that it is his own invention and the secret dies with him. Sad. ;)
What I find REALY amusing is that if you cast it indoors or in a cave you go through the building/rock with no damage at all. [ 10-11-2002, 05:54 AM: Message edited by: Fljotsdale ] |

Well that's too bad that there are no more, its a great way to travel.
And I guess there would be no way to enchant anything with that much stuff on it, too bad, there goes one of the true entrepreneurs of Morrowind. Raktizz |
