Just thought I'd throw this in....... If you have the Periapt Of Life Protection it will gaurd against all of Irenicus death magic.

Also, if you keep getting waxed, go back and finish some other quests to gain a couple levels. This will help you with your saving throws and make his magic less potent against you. I think my monk has a save of 1 versus death magic. know what I mean now???

Furthermore watch out for Irenicus Wail of the Banshee spell, cause I dont think your characters have many savinbg throws against death magic. Furthermore I suggest running out of sight of Jon and try to kill the demons first, cause at your level you cannot take Jon out very quickly. When then taking out Jon, try to cast Pierce Magic and then breach then you should hurt him.

Need:

True Sight (gets rid of Mislead)
lots of Breach (lvl 5 Mage)
Stone Skin/ Iron Skin
Defensive Harmony (+4 AC bonus)
Righteous Magic+Holy Power+Draw Upon Holy Might for Clerics
Mass Invisibility (+4 AC + Improved Inv)

You should be able to kill all 4 demons very easily!!!!!!
Then go after Irenicus and cast breach often...it should be real easy!

I finally killed the guy. Hasted the party and had them run to the south of the area, and only Jon followed 'em..and this time the true sight dispelled his illusions before he killed half the party. Guess it's time for ToB.
