Hi, I'm pretty new to the forum. I read loads but haven't posted much. Most of what i've read is good .. helpful, funny, polite. Of course the moderators have a job to do but surely we have a job as well, we are the ones who make the forum what it is ? It would be a great shame if you left. Don't let the bad apples put you off.

The board to me is like a family--we don't always get along. But the important thing is that we know how to apologize, get through the rough spots, and more importantly, stay a family or community or however, you view the board. I don't like fighting either, but is is inevitable at times.

I would like to reiterate an appeal of mine. Most people have their e-mail addressed in their profile, please, please, please, if you have a personal grips with someone go to them privately in e-mail and not a public post! This would eliminated alot to this.
