Well, although I live in a fairly warm climate, I would love to visit Australia. Never been there. I've been to parts of Europe and the mid-East, but I've just heard too many good things about it.

Sorry about the time it took to reply - hectic schedule....

I do believe a Coolabah tree is the one that the folk legend Andy camped by as he sang while watching and waiting for his billy to boil - which on a day like today it wouldn't take long, but since he watched his pot I doubt it boiled at all.

And no I don't think I've seen one either, at least I haven't sat there and said "oh now there's a Norfolk Pine, and thats a Redgum, and oh, and that's our much loved Coolabah tree."

I recently saw a photo from Sydeys year ending celabrations and the view was just the same, but taken from the street, with loads of young people (some of the girls very nice ). Maybe you were there too !! I really would like to visit Sydney (or Melbourne ).
