I read somewhere, that if you have a fighter with over 50 str, he'll be able to berserk with any weapon.. I dont know if this is true.. but my Axe-fighter can go berserk with his bipennis, and THAT weapon doesn't have built-in berserk.

Well Dual Wielding rocks in my opinion.
But forget the Lord.
Dual Wield a Lizardman fighter, they have a shitload of skill points and not that many skills to worry bout.
Mine has sword at 98, dual at 85, mace at 76, CC at 89.
I had him using the the lightsabre but it was just too much overkill.
So i gave it to my samurai who also dual wields a sword and a enchanted Wazakashi. He also rocks he has been my best chrachter almost all game. Sword 115, Dual 78, CC 91.
Still to much overkill though with his lightning strikes.
So i now have a lord in my party.
My level 21 priest turned lord. well he already has about 8 lord levels. I had him as a lord early on. So his sword skill is decent at about 40. but i dont dual wield him. I give him light shield.
He has been using a shield all game so his shield skill is alright in the mid 50's.
Next level i will change him to a fighter.
Just wanted to squeeze out a bit more spell power. thats why i made him a lord.
So basically if u want to dual then use a Fighter or a Sam. ohh wait my Ninja Duals also, CoC and i think its the winterwand on the other hand.
Lots of extra effects.
Anyway as i was saying The Lord is the Weakest charachter.
If u get a lord cuz u want to have priest ability then u wont have enough skill points to cover all ur combat skills.
The only way is to dual him with the same type weapon.
Like maces.
But then he wont be a major damage deaaler he will be a status affect dealer.
Might as well just make him a priest then.
I thinks the Valk is a lot better choice of the two.
Cuz poles do a lot more damage and she gets a big help in that skill leaving her points to magic.
I now wish i would have made my priest a priestess instead.
She would be a valk instead of a Lord.]
Ok better advice never start out with a Lord or Valk.
If you want the priest magic then make a priest then switch it to Valk. When u have the needed spells(heal all).
ok just my $2.02

P.S.
My fighter now has the SaintBastard sword and the Diamond eyes.
He berzerks both and does crazy damage.
And the Saint bastard isnt one of the more elite weapons.
I have misplaced my bloodlust so i gave my sam the No-Dachi, i had never used it(i tend to shy away of 2 handed swords sometimes.)and i put away the wazakashi for a bit. I havent gone on a fight with him yet so anyone out there have any comments on the No-Douchie.

OK, this is the thread I'd seen, I just didn't realize it was inactive the last couple of weeks now, and search didn't find it right away (so I started a new thread! Sorry about that!)

After posting this question about a SECOND DiamondEyes Mace somewhere, I went back to the "duped" thread and there was already an answer. So I attempted an edit, but UltimateBB's edit function was on the fritz. Now the original message I started that thread with is a blank. After two tries, still blank.

This time, I'll stuff a copy of the old message in the Notepad before clicking on the "Edit Post" button!

My party happens to be IN Trynton right now, so we can get the "One Small Mace" {the ONLY one that I know about} from the Shaman, but what name is there for a second dual-wield one, if any, and where is it found?

One thing I'd wanted to comment on was how unhappy my PC acted about losing his Stiletto, and practically sighed with relief when I put it back in his secondary slot. Early this morning, before breakfast, I was already awake early enough to run the party back to Marten's House, or whatever location the Shaman hangs out at. When I put the new mace in that slot, the PC was practically crowing with glee!

Interesting pair of PC responses in this case. Now, I still have the second dual-wielder with only a dagger, not a mace! What say? Where next? {Is there a second DiamondEye?}

I don't think str has anything to do with berserking. Berserk is a special ability of the fighter class, in the same way that lightning strike is for samurais, ranged crits is for Rangers, etc. That's why there is a special berserk icon in the action options of the fighter.

Because fighters can already berserk with ANY weapon, many people (my self included) prefer giving Bloodlust to another character, like say a samurai.
