In the movie "The Last Samurai" during the fighting scence in the forest before Tom Cruise gets captured by the japanese, in the far background you can supposedly see some powerlines and a few cars go past.

And in the first Charlie's Angels (with Cameron Diaz, Drew Barrymore and Lucy Lui) in the beginning with the guy that has the bomb on his vest, when drew barrymore and the terrorist jump out of the plain, the vest is still on... lucy lui comes along and takes the vest off and it blows up... and when they all land in the boat the terrorists vest is on again, and then every now and again when it changes back to the man, the vest is not there... what's going on there?...lol

Star Wars has many. Perhaps my favorite is when Luke returns from the Death Star, hops off his X-wing and shouts "Carrie!" to Princess Leia.

I take it Carrie is the actress who plays Leia?

Heh, some pretty interesting stuff on that website . Makes me wanna watch some movies again to see what they're talking about... but I'm too lazy

Dron_Cah 08-24-2004 08:02 PM

Of course Carrie is Leia's real name!! What kind of geek/nerd are you if you don't know Carrie Fisher played Princess Leia?!

Jaradu 08-24-2004 08:33 PM

Pffft! Only 30 year old hardcore fans know stuff like that . *checks Dron's birthdate* ... I withdraw that statement...

Face it - the only reason you know her name is because the whole gold outfit thing, aye?

Dron_Cah 08-24-2004 10:51 PM

Absolutely not! Dude, I have to pray to the Good Lord every night, that George Lucas has not lost his mind, and his last two films were just a joke to separate the true fans from the pretenders. I ask only that the next, and final film, will be a return to the greatness of the classics! It's all I have to hold onto, now. And to not know something, like main character's actor from the mighty trilogy is unforgivable ignorance, bordering on blasphemy. Anyways, enjoy the real world, and say "hey," to everyone for me!

Jaradu 08-25-2004 05:32 AM

Whaaaat? His last two films have been the best of them all - the acting, especially from Anakin, is superb!

If you only have the third movie to hold on to, you might as well wallow in a pit and die.

You are not worthy enough say "hey," to the real world...

*cough*LEIA-LOVER*cough*

The last two films in my opinion are pretty good on stand alone. But compared to the classics before I was even thought of they are well...stinky.

The classics is pure genius I tell you.

Mr.Lucas must be going senile with the work he is showing us as of late.

Hmm, I'll use a bit of a quote, then relate it to this: "Who is the more foolish, the fool, or the fool who follows him?" (Kenobi to Solo, of course). Sooo, "Who is the least worthy, the hopless fanatic, or the fool who argues with him?"
