Have you ever been attacked by those ugh what are they called? pheonix guys or something? (POSSIBLE SPOILER!!)
. . . . . . . . . In nashkell in front of the temple where the graves are there is one particular grave that if you click on it some mage dude appears and gives you a warning if you click it and make him appear like 3 times he summons these humanoids giants that when you finally kill one their bodies explode causing them to make a fireball like spell hurting your party. dont know if any of you guys have come across this |

True roleplayers would have a far more difficult time against them though. |
My favorite monsters… Mmm… Do various “named” guys count? Actually, I rather enjoy wiping out various bounty hunters and then read their notes to see how the price on my head grew! It really makes me feel special!
Among “nameless” monsters, my favorites are Battle Horrors and similar artificial warriors. They are tough, but that’s what makes them challenging (especially in a certain house in Baldur’s Gate, which is filled by such creatures), and of course, the fact that they have a huge experience rewards (the “weakest” ones are worth 2000 experience each!) on their heads makes fighting them worth the effort! Blink Dogs are probably part of the DSoTSC. I don't recognize them.
Basiliks are awesome for XP, especially the area with Shar-Teel and Korax where you can kill loads of them. My favourite person to kill would be...Greywolf. His status as a strong bounty hunter just makes it more exciting to kill him. Plus he has a great sword |

Greywolf
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Is in the area outside nashkel mines (i.e. the wilderness area from which you enter Nashkel mines). To make him appear you have to agree to protect Prism. |

But the way, I've killed Greywolf with one of my parties a couple of days ago; he wasn't an easy kill for a low-level party, although eventually, the continuing blows fell him... And thus, the mighty bounty hunter has fallen! The true power is indeed in numbers!
P.S. Once again, thank you for your help, ZFR! [ 02-10-2005, 10:26 AM: Message edited by: Black Robed One ] |
