Anyone here enjoy Dean Koontz? 'Fear Nothing' and 'Sieze the Night' are wonderful. 'Sole Survivor' is as well.

I know Dean Koontz isn't classified as AD&D books, but I like him too, although I've only read a few books of his. I particularly liked Dragon Tears. I've also read the first chapter or so of Seize the night and it sounded very promising, but I read a fantasy book instead |
I've read a lot of books, genreally two a week. But i dont usually read many fantasy books as i find them rather simplistic and disapointing a lot of the time. i've read most of the ones like wheel of time, Ad & d, tolkein and robin hobb. I only started reading them about a year or two ago anyway. Sci-FI tho has many great works esp. the short stories like "country of the kind" and "eastward ho!" and authors such as robert heinlein and Iain M. banks.

Regarding Sci-fi, Dramnek, have you read any The Galactic Milieu series or the Saga of the Exiles by Julian May? If so then what did u think?
The G-Milieu trilogy is one of my favourite sci-fi series, but I reckon that Fantasy is (usually) much better.... |

I mostly read short stories and older Sci fi from 50's 60's & 70's .but i reckon that sci-fi is usually better than fantasy, which can be rather simplistic at times.
